Pune: Omicron Group has launched its latest Grade A commercial development, Omicron Business Landmarks Kharadi NX, adding a striking new tower to Kharadi’s fast-growing business district.
The Omicron Business Landmarks Kharadi NX launch event, held at Conrad Pune, brought together leading real estate consultants, corporate occupiers, and industry stakeholders.

A project presentation by sales and marketing partner SQUAREA was followed by the grand reveal of the Omicron Business Landmarks Kharadi NX tower model.
Rising 26 levels, the development offers a built-up area of 3.6 lakh sq. ft. with 20 floors of office space. Unit sizes range from ~2,000 sq. ft. to full floors of 12,400 sq. ft., catering to diverse occupier requirements.

The tower boasts a modern glass façade with panoramic city and riverside views, Vastu-compliant layouts, and Platinum Green Building pre-certification.
